Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fangbot (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Fangbot provides a virtual company of AI employees that connect to your tools and perform tasks you configure. Features, capabilities, and limits may change as the Service evolves. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality at our discretion.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, distribute malware, attempt to breach security, or abuse connected platforms’ terms. You are responsible for ensuring your automations comply with the policies of the channels they operate on (e.g. messaging, commerce, and payment providers).
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. AI outputs & your responsibility
The Service uses AI that can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving sensitive actions and for the outcomes of automations you enable. Fangbot is a tool to assist your operations — it does not replace your judgment, and you remain accountable for actions taken on your behalf.
7. Third-party integrations
When you connect third-party services, you authorize Fangbot to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services’ availability, accuracy, or actions.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by Fangbot and protected by law. You retain ownership of your business content. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fangbot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email hello@fangbot.ai.
