This Privacy Policy explains how Fangbot (“Fangbot”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our virtual-company platform and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
Account data you provide (name, email, password). Configuration you connect to your AI employees (e.g. messaging-bot tokens, store and payment integration credentials). Usage and diagnostic data generated while the Service runs. Billing details processed by our payment provider. We do not sell your personal data.
3. How we use your information
To provision and operate your private workspace, run the automations you configure, secure and improve the Service, provide support, process payments, and meet legal obligations. Your business content is used to deliver the Service to you — not to train shared models.
4. Data storage & isolation
Every customer runs in an isolated private container. Your conversations, API keys, and business data are scoped to your environment and are not shared with other customers. Credentials and secrets are encrypted at rest.
5. Third-party services
The Service connects to tools you authorize (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp, Shopify, Stripe, Gmail) and to AI model and infrastructure providers required to operate. Data shared with these providers is limited to what is needed to perform the task you requested and is governed by their respective policies.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data, and disconnect any integration at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@fangbot.ai. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in line with applicable law.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, isolated runtimes, scoped credentials, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and will notify affected users of any material breach as required by law.
8. Data retention
We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated data except where retention is legally required.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
